Contact Dick Visit the Etsy shopNew style! Bamboo Tiki Style Fountain (Shishi odoshi/Deer Scare/Deer Chaser). With a small fountain pump the top part of the fountain fills with water, then dumps the water and creates a gentle hollow 'doink' sounds when it rebounds. These are used in Japan to scare deer away from their crops. The fountain is also known as "The Thing That Goes 'Doink'" in movies such as Kill Bill and a number of other shows and movies. Available in multiple styles, custom requests are encouraged. FOUNTAIN DOES NOT COME WITH A PUMP OR HOSE but I recommend this pump/hose: /pages/bamboo-fountain-parts
Treated with fire and then coated with wood oil to make it last outdoors.
Please note that I make these the day that I receive the order, so it will take a few business days for me to make it and make it as water resistant as possible. All fountains are tested before shipping. The fountain comes disassembled and will include assembly instructions.
